The Natural History Museum asked us to create a digital immersive experience that inspired kids to explore nature.
Working collaboratively with their team, we designed and created ‘Dippy’s Naturenauts’ - a Progressive Web App that drives curiosity through experimentation, learning and storytelling with 4 activities.
A challenge we faced was to create avatars that are rightfully inclusive for any child that wanted to play, so the avatars encompass many ethnicities across genders. Then the whole experience is rounded out by a fully illustrated and personal storybook for the child that updates when they complete activities.
